E46 coolant smell. I run the heat all the time here in MN.

E46 coolant smell Theres no leaks, no overheating, no coolant dissapearing out of radiator. I am smelling a little coolant after I park in the garage at the end of my commute. it may run rough when first starting cold. I refilled it and see what happens in a week. Also, the sunroof drains - they will soak the carpet and matt behind the front seats. Just replaced my water pump after noticing a "hot" smell coming from the car once it reaches temperature, but the smell has not gone away, and I am slowly losing coolant from the tank (bled properly). I'm at a loss here. Prior to bringing the car to the mechanic I also had a SES light on my dash and the car was not starting on the first key turn (not sure if they are related).
